Entropy Fox operates nobodyreads.me and is the merchant of record for everything sold through it. If you paid for a subscription or a single post, we billed you, our name is on the receipt and on your card statement, and we collected and remitted the VAT under the registration above — not the writer you were supporting. Billing questions come to us, not to them.

Something wrong with a payment
Write to billing@nobodyreads.mebefore you dispute the charge with your bank. We can almost always sort it out faster than a dispute can, and a dispute raised without warning takes the money back from the writer before anyone has looked at what went wrong. You keep every right you have either way — we would just rather fix it than have it adjudicated.
You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from your subscription settings. What we do and don't refund is set out in Terms of Use, section 4.
Reporting content
If something published here breaks the rules everyone agreed to — harassment, hate, doxxing, sexual content, an illegal offer, or someone else's work published as their own — send it to abuse@nobodyreads.me with a link to the page and a sentence about what is wrong with it. That is enough; you do not need to fill in a form or hold an account.
Content involving the sexual exploitation of a child is handled differently from everything else and much faster. See our child safety policy.
